I think he only handed it out to the people that did the hits earlier in the day. He might hand out new quals later on tonight for the afternoon group of hits he released.

Maybe he handed them out randomly then. Someone said that they only did like 7 hits and got the qual while others claimed they did 30 and did not get the qual.

Maybe he gave the qual based on what the quality of the work was? I only did 13 and I got it. I read on other forums and saw that someone got to 300. Not to sound like a debbie downer but idk maybe you're right
