No. It usually locks you out for the rest of the batch if you get that message at the end. At least that is my experience with it.

Yeah, that's what I figured, since they used to have a similar message on other hits. Interestingly enough, it put that message right above the submit button and let me continue working on the batch. I only got a couple, but I was unsure what to do...
