The results are fed into this: MTurk Demographics Tracker. Click the text on the left to see graphed results for each of the answers in the survey.
The other part of that website is pretty cool: MTurk Tracker. You can view top requesters based on the dollar amount or number of HITs they've posted between two dates. You can search by requester's name to see when they last posted. It'll show the titles of HITs a requester has posted and the pay over time, so you can see if they've raised or dropped pay. There are several other ways to sort and view the data there.
