Sorry, that sounded bitchy. Didn't mean for it to. They just always check my modem and the line and say meh, must be your router. I've gone through 4 routers in 10 years trying to get the speed they charge me for.

Are you talking about Spectrum? If you can get connected to their Colorado office they actually take care of shit over there. It takes some hoop jumping and lots of transfers, but it can be worth it...
