Early on in your turking days that's a nice comfortable goal to shoot for. As you continue you'll probably find your goals getting higher and higher and your mood getting lower and lower.

Depends. Mine was $5 and that got easy so I bumped it up to $10. I work full time so I just do this in my slow time at my 9-5.

That's awesome! $15 is good to have for a new turker, imo. Everyone has different goals. Personally, mine is $50 even though I tend to up it to $75 or $100 once I hit that. But it's good to start out lower, because if you hit it or surpass it, you feel better than if you set it too high and don't reach it.
