Failed to submit my first HIT for some unknown reason.
I know I had already accepted it.
I opened the Qualtrics survey in another tab.
I completed the survey and got a code.
I went to the HIT tab and clicked to paste the code, and the screen refreshed and said I had already completed it.
Never had a chance to paste the code and nothing actually submitted, I can't accept it again, and there are no HITs assigned to me.
At least it was a super easy survey so no big deal I guess.
