Im gonna be sad when my kid says hes too old, I plan on doing mom and son costumes until he's old enough to say no lol My coworker has an 11 year old that said no to trick or treating last year bc he was "too old" that seems so young to me!

My kid is 13 this year, so he thinks this is it.

I have no issues if he goes out t-or-ting in High school. What else are they supposed to do with themselves?

I can relate! LMAO I was a super awkward looking kid! I had homemade costumes too so I dk if that made things worse lol

one year my parents let me know ahead of time they wouldn't be able to get me a costume. I started saving empty cereal boxes and made a sandwhich board type thing out of them with twine. Made a bloody knife with cardboard and paint...I was a cereal killer. Major cringe.
