Getting plenty of exercise and appropriate portion control is very much more important than the nature of the items that make up your meals.

I made decent enough money today that I was standing at the market looking at what cheeses (yes, plural) I wanted to buy. What I learned from some of these psych surveys though has taught me I will wait until Friday when I have more time ... and eat them all. That's delayed gratification, yeah?
