I drink a ton of ginger... water where i put a ton of ginger in a pot full of water and simmer it down to 1/3 and add some honey and that usually helps

this is a stupid, but dead serious question... if i dont have honey, can i substitute syrup?

I have a few steam vaporizers from Walgreens and find it helps to have one next to me when I'm sick. It's like a mini version of the hot shower steam effect.

you take 1 part honey and 1 part vinegar.
shake it up
take a teaspoon every hour
