Although I don't think it really needs to be said, but just to put a cap on this (as I currently work in the medical insurance industry):

You should NEVER share your health insurance information with anyone but those who are treating you medically/behaviorally/etc. Medical health identity theft is real and can have just as serious consequences as 'regular' identity theft ... everything from being able to receive your annual preventive visits to your medication.

Yeah, I looked into it before I gave them any info. They do pay out and have done well, but I can see where people have a problem with sharing that info and I did pull the batch.

I go with the title if it's something obvious like the title is "button up shirt" and thep icture is some binoculars or something.
