I had a bout 30 thousand hits approved..97. something rating and 104 rejections..took a little over 2 years

That's not nearly enough HITs per year to get you a Masters... I think the lowest I saw was 50,0000/year. I got Master after 1.25 years with 75,000 approved, 10 rejections, 1 block.

I have over 300,000 HITS and 9 rejections and 4 years.
No masters.

This makes no sense why someone like me would have gotten Masters but you haven't. In my first year I did tons of A9s, CIs, and a disgustingly high number of 411Richmonds. Those three added up to be 65,000 of my HITs. The other 10,000 was just random stuff.
