Can we be veggie buddies?So much man. I never stop eating because I have to eat so many calories per day.
Normal day for me is 2 cups of oatmeal with strawberries and decaf coffee for 1st breakfast. Then I usually will have a bagel or two for 2nd breakfast. Then I have a protein shake around 11ish. Lunch is usually like a veggie sub or rice with stir fry veggies. Protein granola type bars after lunch. Meanwhile Im snacking on sunflower seeds the entire day too. For dinner I have been getting really lazy lately and I usually order two salads from panera bread, or sometimes I get a big quinoa veggie bowl from starbucks. But usually what I make for dinner is stir fry veggie and rice, black bean burgers and fries or an entire box of pasta is my go to for carbs and calories
