I have finally found it.

I have taken on a small job outside of Mturk that both benefits from and exemplifies the thousands of hours of soul crushing work I have done here.
Hands burning as I disappear a little being satisfied that I finished my 100th, 1000th 10000th transcription of non-native English speakers teaching programming.
Nightmares of Alexa telling me in slightly different modes of speech what Russia is doing during AP or simply that I want to put Bon Jovi on my playlist.
Auditory experiments testing my ears and lasting years just to reach the 250th experiment in Inquisit because... I need the money.
Feeling myself, my being, my self fade as I realize I haven't move anything but my hands and eyes for hours just to make sure Amazon is selling the correct shoes.
The joy I feel at something so trivial as learning the skill of one-handed answers to whether written paper's students correctly chose A, B, C, or D
...and on and on and... deeper I've gone. Alone.

I've found it.

I agreed to translate a short movie from Greek to English and "Americanize" the language so that the captions are understandable to an American audience.

It is a six minute and twelve second chrysalis of Mturk. The schadenfreude Bezos must feel over the entirety of this hovel he has created.

The scene is of a man in a hotel room listening to the radio, the television, his voicemail messages, and mumbling to himself... simultaneously.
...for six minutes and twelve seconds.

It's a cacophony. And I have to translate and transcribe it all.

And I will (and likely submit it not only to the creator of the film but to the American Psychological Association as further evidence of masochistic tendencies.)
