I spent 5 years with a dog-hater. He was so-so with dogs until we got the dog, then he became a dog hater (and shes damn near perfect and i'm not just biased). I'm pretty sure that is a huge reason our relationship ended even though he would never directly say that.

dont see how anyone could dislike dogs. they're loyal as heck and always are by your side

He's not good at loyalty. So there's that. And apparently they're too needy.

I love their neediness. I love everything about my perfect girl, and I love the three other dogs in my house too. ( I love cats equally, I just don't get to live with mine at the moment lol)

I dislike dogs because I can't stand dog smell. It's seriously one of the most offensive smells to my nose. I wish it wasn't, but if I even get a whiff of dog smell, I have to hold back from vomiting. I like pictures of dogs and dogs at a distance, but not near me.

...very spooky. That's why I mentioned the other stuff and could go on about copper trim and all that late 1800s rich people shit. These were homes the richest and now the entire neighborhoods are in disarray. The wealthiest people in the US 100 years ago is mostly ghetto in Cleveland Ohio today. But boy can you find a cool apart for nothing.

I don't know... You can't be so harsh. When I was five my dad lived in a apartment cum mansion. A roll-over from the millionaires living in East Cleveland. Old staircases, multiple doorways, everything was wooden and mirrors and crystal. I went outside the wrong way and my dad's roommates dogs followed me. When I went outside the dogs jumped on me and started barking at the people coming in but I was screaming terribly because I was scared. My dad ran down and threw them off me even though later he knew they were just trying to protect me.

However, it took me many years to realize this. I just thought I was being attacked by dogs.
Some dogs get a vibe off me because I'm still unconsciously cautious around them in that way.

Other dogs love me.

And some people just afraid without a rational reason. I can't get close to any animal without freaking out.
They're cute from afar though.

Cats literally don't smell hahah. Mine often smell like sunshine. Also fun fact, when you feed them raw food, their litter doesn't smell either!

I love dogs. Except my roommate's dog. He's an asshole, but she also didn't train him for shit and he stays locked up the majority of the day in his kennel. We used to take him out if we were home but he barks, jumps, bites and pisses all over the place even if we just took him out.

I know ticks aren't cute- but I am terrifuckingfied of them... no rational reason. I'm sure it happens with all animals.

I guess to me, if you're interested/starting to care about someone, you're not gonna go 24 hours without talking to them at least to hope they had a decent day. It's a red flag to me for the future.

I feel. I'm the same way but sometimes life does get in the way.
I always notice every little difference in texting behaviors or whatever and its stupid.
Gotta give them the benefit of the doubt.
