Well that would be one great place to go to get away. I lived up in Port Townsend for a spell and played around in the Olympics quite a bit (younger days, of course). We aren't quite a rain forest here in general Portland area but we get enough rain that around the Gorge and Mt. Hood area looks a lot like the Olympics in a lot of ways. It's great having so much beauty around.

Port Townsend! Stayed there for a night at some old monastery on a hill overlooking the town. Neat stuff!

so cute! she looks like a beagle mix?

we don't know what Sunday is mixed with. they told us "lab mix" and expected her to be 40+ pounds, but she has topped out at about 26-27 pounds. she is so tiny. i strongly suspect a lot of jack russell or rat terrier.
