I'm only a ginger in the UK/IE where they count auburn as dark as mine-lmao, (It's only redish outside...) ---but I still have that see-through ginger skin.
Between not liking the weird color of my freckles, and freaking out about wrinkles, I'd be slathered in sunscreen even if skin cancer wasn't rampant in my family. (Even though I'm the first/only (almost ginger) in GENERATIONS!)
