I use Opera for Panda Crazy and Overwatch. That way Chrome doesn't get overloaded. Don't know if that'll help.

In Chrome
CTRL SHIFT J --brings up the browser console. Click on the arrow on the double right arrow next to network. Select application from the dropdown. Local storage should be on the left, click on them and the key value pairs come up on the right.

If I have you delete the wrong one you may end up losing some data you need so I'd prefer you find o
