find at least 1 thing to be grateful for each day, even if it's something small like I made my coffee perfectly. spend more time crafting or reading instead of wasting time screwing around on the internet

You know, I've been doing that for years but skipped a day here and there. However, this past year I got passionate about it, and it turned my life around. Even through the not-so-good situations, I bounced back much quicker and have had one of the best years out of the past 10.

Script question...I use the radio keybinds script. It only pops up as usable on certain HITs, when I'd think it would pop up on others that are similar. Any reason why?

It's because they are over exposed and too many people on them.... I haven't done one in 2 years ish I gave up on them. Last time I did a hit of theirs was when they put out non surgical lecture videos.
