And yes waiting for good work is just as good as working. So is looking for cute toddler clothes while we wait. Macy’s clearance is always good.

I saw you were still up and posting. I haven't fallen asleep yet. Just about there.

But, anyway, I wanted to mention that there is a relationship between a few of the shows that I really like. So, there was a show called "Inspector Morse" about DI Morse. It came out in the 90s, I think. It ran until the late 90s. It is a bit dated but the story lines are really great. The characters are very well written, too. His DS is named Lewis. Both characters felt very real. And the fact that there were a bunch of seasons allowed you to watch these characters develop, especially Lewis. You go through a lot of pain with Morse which builds rapport.

Then when that show was over, with an ending that gave closure rather than being cancelled, they came out with a show called "Inspector Lewis" Once again, a bunch of seasons. It's got the same people behind it and it feels like you just reunited with an old friend. As he's now the DC, his DS is one of the best characters I've ever watched. You get to watch him grow and it's like watching generations of a family, with the elders guiding the young through the same troubles they went through.

Then, that came all the way up to 2015. After that had ended, the prequel to 'Morse', "Endeavour" was created. Here you get to see why Morse has his quirks and you get to watch him grow. It's very different from the other two, as far as pacing but, the story is amazing and the soundtrack is perfect and almost it's own character.

So, all of that said, the order I would watch them in is, the first and second season of Morse.(you need to learn the characters and build an emotional response) Then I would watch Endeavour to see how and why Morse is the way he is. Then I would go back to Morse. Finish that and then move on to Lewis. It's a hell of a binge.

I know they're cassowaries (sp?) and apparently the dad raises them on his own for 9 months
