I've never heard of warnings being issued for that, sorry that happened to you.

When I first started doing this cr*p, they(the so called experts) used to say: the best way to get masters was to do Amazon HITs, and the fastest way to lose masters was to do Amazon HITs. I did get masters after doing a mess of Amazon HITs, and now I seldom do Amazon HITs. Why tempt fate..or something(I actually don't like them)....if you need a definition of hearsay, this would be it.
