Definitely wasn't a false cap for me. Were some from earlier, and some from now? Maybe it was 2 separate batches that had a cap of 5 each.

I'm wondering:

• How long I should keep these open hoping someone responds...2 hours? 10? The full 24?
• If someone doesn't ever respond should I submit or return?

Their FAQ is a little lacking.
