super street fighter II on sega was the best.

I appreciated the sega more than snes because the different punch/kick levels were designated by relevant buttons (top three punch, bottom three kick)

Yeah, you always had to reconfig the SNES controls when you started so medium punch and kick would be on top where they never got used.
