lol I think we all have been in a situation where a friend or family member want to get into it, but it really takes a certain type of person to get into turking and make decent money from it. So when people ask what I do for a living I just tell people I'm a garbage man.

I tried to help people at first when they were in desperate need of some extra cash on the side. I won't do it anymore, people don't really want to work for it and go through the motions like all of us here have done and are still doing.

Some people go in with unrealistic goals too. I went in with the idea of covering our $40/month internet bill (even a beginner should manage $1.30/day) and everything else being bonus. I easily cover that, but I still keep my goals low (like $10/day and under) because I burn out pretty quick. Plus, I work full time, study full time and I'd like to have some sort of life in between, even if said life is achieved by way of naps.

ah, i was wondering why mine has been so quiet. this morning it would not shut up! and the last 1-2 hours it has been mostly silent. is it working for you now? should i refresh the page or restart the browser completely?
