Probably just a glitch. It's very common. Just use your mTurk ID instead (I usually put a note in the code box like "I received no code so here is my ID instead." I've never been rejected when I've done this.

I know they have talked about some problems with this today sounds like trying your worker ID is the best bet but you can go back through the posts to see what they said.

Kitty! With severe asthma! He's an indoor cat, and isn't really temped to go outside without me, but Matt accidentally left a window without a screen open and Bearnie (+the other cats) somehow think windows are portals to another part of our house. He got super spooked by our dogs who somehow didn't realize it was him and then a roaming dog when he hopped out ... and then a damn hurricane. We had to live trap him...on our front porch. He kept coming close to me or to our porch and then freaking out again. It was a town of 346 people and there were dozens of live traps out for him because half the town was trying to retrieve his asthmatic little ass. He's happy to only leave the house with me now. I don't think he had a fun excursion outside. He rides shotgun in the car and goes places with me. I'm insane.
