Hi, welcome.

If you're new to mturk, I would suggest reading this thread: https://www.mturkcrowd.com/threads/your-first-1000-hits.23/
That should help you get familiar with some of the tools and stuff that we use.

Aside from that, I think the best advice is to just hang out here and watch the kind of stuff that people post. It can be overwhelming at first, but over time things start to make a little more sense.
