I'm with you. Fuck AT&T. They upgraded my internet monday and I basically have not had internet since then. Today I met a tech out there for the FOURTH time, and it turns out the final answer might be that I have to downgrade to get internet.

I'm going to call Comcast if that happens!

have you tried changing the channel your router is on? All your neighbors might be on the same channel.
