I can't scroll down to see the submit button for the Tej hits... well that's annoying.

I had the opposite problem! I couldn't scroll to the top of the hit to get the survey link on my phone. I just had the HIT's open on the comp and the phone at the same time and used Pushbullet to send the links. I completed the survey part of the HIT's on my laptop and the upload and picture taking on my phone.
