Question: on the ocmp75 hits, if an agent never answers, not even once, should I submit it and note that in the comments or just return it?

I submitted three yesterday that were never completed despite several exchanges, and they approved and paid all of them. I did point out in the comments that I had to submit it as it was expiring soon, and I felt it might be valuable information for them to know that agents aren't completing the task (cuz all their good ones are on strike).

I wish I knew the answer...I returned a full queue of them yesterday as they were expiring after not getting any response. Didn't want to chance rejection since in the past they said to return if an assistant never showed up.
