Refresh the stock page and try again.....there is also a refresh on the code page.
Also you can catch a different one and get your last 1-2.

I've had to do all 3 methods before

yeah had that happen earlier. Someone (can't remember who, sorry) suggested clicking the link on the code page, selecting 1 (if it was 99/100) and refreshing to get the code. That worked for me.
