Hey, if you can't appreciate grilled pineapple with some bbq, then there's seriously something wrong with you.

I like the taste, but not the texture of pineapple so whenever I used to have to eat it I would just chew on it for a bit then spit it out.

I missed most of this conversation, but I pronounce it "jif" in my head and "gif" out loud because it seems that only the people who pronounce it "gif" really, really, really care about how it's pronounced and in so many situations it's just... not.. worth the effort.
