I feel like they're pretty idiot proof as is. But I really like the Trader Joe's enchilada sauce if you're looking for premade stuff.

You'd be surprised at what I can manage to mess up. But I googled super easy enchilada recipe so I'm going with that.

This study cannot be completed on a mobile device, but only on a machine with a separate keyboard (there is a reaction time task the requires milisecond keyboard responses). Remember, requesters are people too It's easy to make a mistake or overlook something sometimes in the busy-ness/business of life. It can be difficult when someone rushes to judgment ... trust me, it's not fun when people aren't understanding

That's why when I find recipes online I always go straight to the comments. Especially on sites like allrecipes.com, there are always a million comments from people about what they did to improve the recipe. I find a lot of great stuff that way.

when I'm too lazy to go thru whole thing of frying, stuffing, rolling, etc...I just use the tortillas like lasagna nooodles and make in layers the same way...sauce, tortilla, beans/meat/cheese/veggies and then repeat until dish is full...much easier and tastes the same really

I do this, too. Enchilada casserole. Just make sure to put sauce down first to "grease" the baking pan.
