I pay self employment tax for what I make on MTurk and other work I do. I set aside a percentage of every payment I receive and pay quarterly estimated taxes. And then I inevitably weep every March when I suddenly remember that state taxes are also a thing.

Something was a little screwy with my accounting this year. I didn't end up putting aside as much as I needed to. One of the joys of making more money, I guess. Fun little discovery this morning. Will be making a bigger payment than I'd like to, but not enough that they're going to fine me.

If you haven't already, start putting aside part of your earnings NOW! Trust me - you'll thank yourself later.

My 3 year old goes to preschool for nearly six hours a day and is so picky and so stubborn, she refuses to eat. She only drinks milk. I've tried everything and it really breaks my heart.

i guess she'll eat if she gets really hungry? I haven't really dealt with that yet. Sometimes kiddo doesn't eat much for a few days just because he doesn't want it, his dr. says it's fine.
