Sorry I just remember my mom telling me about the neighbors they had one time who wanted to imitate Woodstock. They came down and asked her if she had any chickens she would sell them. She made them leave because she knew from her father in law who'd go over to Cuba when he still could, would talk about what people did with chickens.

I think it is pretty thickly observed in parts of Miami as well.

Read the TO. They could have a do not recommend because it took a half hour for a 50 cent hit. But that doesn't mean they reject. TO is pretty clear on how those can be marked.

My understanding is that the colors will depend on how the script creators weighs the attributes. THat's generally why I always click to read first anyway instead of relying on an overall indicator.
