I was capped at 25.

Someone yesterday, or the day before, capped around 21 IIRC. Seems like they are capping lower now than they used to

I usually do about 500 of them, then check for other stuff for a break from the fast-paced clicking.

Sounds like you could benefit from the Mturk Radio Key Binds script
It allows you to assign either the number keys or some letter keys to the radio buttons, as well as submit upon selection if you choose to do so. I have mine set on numbers, and auto-submit. This makes it so that I press '1' for Yes, '2' for No, '3' for Skip, and when I press 1 or 2 to select yes or no respectively, it submits the HIT at the same time. If I select 3, it will prompt me to leave a comment before submitting. May help you out a bit.
