I've never been able to figure out what those are, nothing I've googled every comes up with anything. Sometimes I think it's shirts because the "2xl" and whatnot at the end.

Microwave is easy. Cook for a minute. Check at 20 secs at a time longer until hot enough. Takes 1-2 mins depending on your microwave.

I don't OCMP5 but my Googling skills came up with university sweatshirts, so I think you're right there. University sweatshirt for Northern Iowa in size 2XL.
