Nice. Yeah, I'm still walking, and just doing weights every other day there. But I'm thinking I may have to switch some of the walking time to the gym since miss doggo is getting too hot outside now. At least the scale is moving a little in the right direction...very slowly though.

I wonder if these people really exist. And if only those people answer your survey if it would ruin the validity of your results because all of your answers are from wackos.
