It was the how you pay your taxes hit. Got the email too, and it looks like their (Turker Pulse) reviews have gotten better already.

I remember that. it was like two questions and 15 cents? Why would they be getting bad reviews for that?

WEll, I'd be tempted to review her by quoting the email and let people judge for themselves that she is "harassing" you.

They told me they were learning the ropes. Seemed pretty sincere and that they just wanted to get that one negative pushed out of the way so it wasn't effecting their score. I've seen it plenty, all red, and then it's just a bunch of people 1 bombing over a 5 second screener or something small and petty. People see red without reading it and pass it up.

"...My rating has been dramatically impacted by an unfair review from ONE participant. The participant emailed me, I replied in 30 minutes, apologized, created a separate HIT to compensate them for their time, and tried to resolve the matter. They have nonetheless decided to mark my HIT as a "scam."

I've been using Teamviewer, but more for controlling one computer from another computer (or phone, tablet, etc.) Though it would work for your purpose as well I believe.
