That's what we had last night in Arkansas. Thankfully it just rained and major wind where I live. I hate Tornado Season.

I think your case would be with those who have given that terminator the mission, and caused it to be there; it wasn't intentionally done by the terminator - you said the spill was accidental

since I believe the case is with those who sent him back (and with why they sent him back) I also don't believe you can sue UNTIL the time comes around [for you] where they've made the plan to send back that terminator, and will have already sent him back; therefore I believe you can sue the organization, but not until the future.

I'm really struggling with the new set up too, I've been using panda crazy mostly, I should look into hit scraper and see if that helps.
