went out to grab a sandwich and there was housing insulation in the yard and on my road....got a couple miles from the house and trees were sheared off, house ripped apart, power lines down.....turns out a tornado touched down a couple miles east and west of me last night and killed a person....guess it hopped over our low area....

the eastern path was only a few hundred yards from my parents place but it didn't do any damage besides a few small tree limbs down thankfully...

haha yeah that is why I was surprised I slept through.... I usually wake right up to hail and run outside to play in it since it is rare here and loud af. I think I fell asleep around 2 am so that is probably why I didn't hear it.

Lol either you don't get the hail we get here, or you have a high tolerance for pain when getting hit by golf ball sized chunks of hail flying from the sky
