Has anyone done the transcribing numbers hit from Brian Hammam? If so do you have to know about computer systems to do them? I can not tell what the brand is and all the other questions it asks.

No, I don't do transcription. But have you looked on Turkopticon? There are usually reviews about different requesters - and often tips from other turkers . That's where I always check (first!)
