I have only heard of 1 rejection for someone who submitted a blank. But as @Jaded said who knows what future batches may bring? I'll still do them and hope they show up again though.

can confirm I was flying and I hit ctrl-V to paste and submitted before I realized it didn't past or my clip board was blank whatever I submitted one blank one and it was rejected, no worries.
