You know, I don't want to get to into it to indepth, but I support people boycotting for things. I really do.
However, there are so many controversial topics out there that is people actually spent time investigating companies, probably 60% are not what they appear. Many "cruelty free" are actually owned by mother companies that use animals for testing (for example).
I think what happened was totally unacceptable, but it was not the company directly but a few horrible employees and at the same time, I still am going to get that coffee.
