think it's legit? its for my wife, she really wanted a call center type job from home. We tried amazon but they did not respond.

I think it is legit, but it sounds like she is going to be a throw away worker and getting in touch with who you work for sounds difficult. On that note , have you ever tried to get someone from Mturk to do anything ? Most just give up. It seems to work for some and not for some others and that is also like Mturk. In my opinion , if you wife is not a big time criminal she will probably get on, if it is worth the 60 bucks up front you will just have to see yourself, with time doing it. I do not think they are going to rip you off for 60 dollars. I just think they hire a barrage of workers and do not want to pay anything up front and at 60 dollars, I think they are trying to pull down a little profit from everyone who signs up. It is not unusual for that to happen and does not always mean it is a scam, but just a cutthroat business.
