Yeah, it's probably included by some other file. The Sources tab in developer tools shows what's being used on the page. It will look like a mess and you probably won't be able to just change that file since it comes from a CDN or other server. You'd need to make a new CSS rule to override other settings, add that CSS to the page inline or link it, and add it to the element's class.

Enough of the crystal ball. What's the link, or another example of what you're trying to change?

i cannot see the lines in the css to get rid of the instagram section at the bottom. like anywhere
it shouldn't be that hard to locate it in the css and it's like hiding from me
