I haven't but I've seen others mention it. I think the consensus is that you're supposed to log out and back in again until it works, or something.

I just kept on clicking on different pages in there until it popped up finally, if that helps anyone.

It's kinda ridiculous that this has been going on for like two weeks now. I would expect Amazon Payments to be a little more on the ball than I would expect from MTurk, but I guess not.
