Intersting desk setup! do you sit facing the corner most of the time? I notice the keyboard is only really set towards one of the monitors. (i'm on two monitors myself currently, but they're set up so that they touch and are angled slightly)
I usually use the one all the way to the left for my scraper/OW/etc so I'm not always looking at it much. Swiveling when I wanna check it out is easy enough without needing to shift everything around. I do my most of my day job (editing and such) with my ultra wide and then have music/my emails/social crap on the laptop so I just kinda swoop around in general , but I'm most often parked in front of my big one and have ancillary shit going on the other 2. If I'm doing PFA or something, I'll shift over to make it easier to use everything at once.
