Also, Kale is shit. It's a shit leave that someone convinced hipsters that it was good for them. It really just cheap and useless. You're better of with spinach or cabbage or bok choy or something.

I remember we used to use it to line serving platters so that the real food had a nice place to sit. Pennies for pounds of that garbage. Denny's used to be one of the major consumers of kale because they'd ball it up on the corner of every plate so you'd know when to stop eating. When you got to the kale. Now they sell it where they keep they real vegetables! For actual money!!

oven @ 400
put kale in a bowl. Toss in some oil. Then dump it all on a baking sheet and salt that shit.
