It was actually anti treatment of baby cows. Which I TOTALLY agree is wrong.

But take it up with the farmers, for Pete's sake. Don't make me give up cheese/dairy.

They didn't mention other animals...just baby cows (with sad pictures, I nearly cried. Then had me a bowl of ice cream to feel better.)

Just the person I was looking for. Can I ask you a dumb question? I have a subwoofer that the volume knob has gone to hell. Anyway, since it combines both L + R channels, and the knob just attenuates the the signal, can I assume the three wires that run to the little volume "board" with the knob on it are L+, R+ and GND. and I can just twist them together to bypass the non-functionality of the offending knob and it will run "wide open"? Then I can just limit sub volume with my eq.

Sorry. Don't answer if you don't want. Kinda just looking for confirmation so I don't get zapped.

Truthfully, I would have to look at it. Not a big fan of twisting wires together when I don't have a print.

Sorry to hear that. I was reading about this the other day, they said these plants are closing all over but twice as many in the US vs other countries. Something to do with wafer size (150mm-200mm)??

Yes, and cheaper to run in other countries. Not so much the cost of employees as the environmental issues. EPA prevents a lot of nastiness from getting out here with those acids and gases. They won't have waste treatment and proper disposal in many third world countries, so the companies can save money and gleefully destroy the environment at the same time. :confounded:

I tried MTurking again for fun like last month or something, but there wasn't even anything up that was worth completing since they were all so vaguely worded and badly paid.
