Hakwan Lau. I did find the way to contact them and sent them a snippet of the Excel page I got from them. Weird. Can't believe I haven't figured that out yet and have let some hits go that I should have emailed about.

Fantastic. I got to demographics after all of that hell and all of the sudden the Microsoft Excel of the experiment shows up on my computer complete with worker IDs and everything. And no where to do anything but return or start the stupid thing over. I have never had any luck contacting experimenters unless I have submitted. Any ideas on how to email them otherwise?

At the top of the hit page there is a HIT DETAILS button. Click on that and then a window will appear with a "contact this requester" button. You might want to open it in a new tab just in case.
