I literally do every transcription hit i can get my hands on, although its usually ken walker or transcribe this. Maybe i should start requesting quals?

Most transcription hits are underpaid garbage and that's why most of us won't touch them.

Think of them as flipping houses. A tiny amount of people make money on them but for the vast majority it's a terrible idea and you'll end up broke.

Honestly transcription all depends on how fast you can type and how many errors you have. I easily pull 8+ an hour on the hits i can find, but they all go so quick.

IMO most of the transcription that just hangs around is garbage. Just like most of the surveys that just hang around.

And just like those surveys hanging around all day long, theoretically I could make $100 off of them. If I did every one that popped up regardless of whether it paid well.

edit: Which means you have to be "lucky" enough to catch the one offs that are worth it. (Not just the one offs that suck ass)

Didn't someone just post the other day about one of their tenants being scammed by someone claiming to be there for an inspection and they didn't send them? Also most states require notification of the tenant beforehand or you can tell them to pound sand
